Who we are

Evergreen Telecom Services, LLC. (EVERGREEN) was established as a full service telecommunications firm built with a network of over 100 independent agent relationships throughout the United States.  We are headquartered in Las Vegas, NV with regional offices in Orlando, Miami, and Atlanta. We have expanded our business since our inception to include a Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Wireless Sales, Director of Operations, Manager of Client Services, Quality Control Manager, Compensation Manager, Channel Managers and a seasoned back office staff of 10 additional implementation Managers.  Over two thirds of our staff is retired from AT&T with over 400 years of experience.  We have grown by expanding our AT&T Alliance relationship beyond Southeast to now include Midwest, Southwest, West, and East Regions.

EVERGREEN’s goal has been to dominate the national provisioning of telecommunications services and solutions through industry associations, affinity groups and direct marketing organizations.  Additionally, EVERGREEN has supplemented this by providing services through referral agents, indirectly supported AT&T representatives, and a "feet on the street" sales force in all 22 AT&T states.    EVERGREEN’s core strategy also involves developing and providing a supplementary portfolio of related ancillary solutions for our agents including equipment resale options and related professional services.  Many of these service options will initially be focused on relationships with external consulting service providers and hardware providers.  We expect to have a partnership completed in 2010 that will allow us to offer consolidated billing services as one of our bundled services.

EVERGREEN’s primary operating mode and success factor is to provide outstanding products, support and service to a portfolio of agents enabling them to provide best-in-class services and maximize sales to their end users of telecommunication products and services.  EVERGREEN has reinforced its back office staff to provide total support from design and pricing to implementation and end user support. 

EVERGREEN is operating a commission-sharing model with our agents and agent communities.  Our expectation is the majority of AT&T’s commissions paid to EVERGREEN will be passed to the agents. Each agency agreement is uniquely structured based on annual revenue commitments, wireless sales, division of sales workload, division of service order entry workload, size and strength of relationship and a number of other factors.  EVERGREEN is funded both internally and externally to offer factoring services to partners wanting to escalate their own growth and pay out compensation prior to being paid by AT&T.  This service will be beneficial to our agents and will be addressed on an individual case bases.

   

Senior Staff

Alexander Rothman – CEO & President for Evergreen Telecom Services LLC.  Mr. Rothman brings over 12 years of experience in the Telecom Industry as well as in Affinity Relations from Yellow Pages Advertising, to direct outside sales of business local telecommunications services, to trade association based telecom benefits program management.

John DeChristopher – COO for Evergreen Telecom Services LLC.  John comes to Evergreen with over 36 years of service.  He has held positions in Telecom Engineering, Long Range Planner, and the last 20 years in Technical Sales and as an AT&T Channel Manager.

Joanne Wall - Director of Operations:  Has over 34 years of service in telecom.  As director, she manages our entire back office staff and is a SME for implementation, product sales, and compensation support for EVERGREEN.

Janet Julien - Compensation Manager.  Janet retired from AT&T and comes to Evergreen with over 33 years of service.  She has held positions with a startup CLEC as compensation and implementation manager.  As manager, she handles all comp issues in all regions for at&t product and services for EVERGREEN.

Bob Rocque - Director of Wireless Sales. Bob is our Director of Wireless Sales supporting all regions.  He comes to us with over  26 years of service in Major Account Sales. 

Leslie Garrett - Quality Control Manager. Leslie handles all of our quality contract from reviewing and approveing of sales scripts, to periodic review of completed sales and outstanding proposals.  As part of quality control, she handles any at&t escalations providing coordination between at&t and our agents.
